1. Using TaskDivide Means You Agree
By using TaskDivide ("the Website"), you agree to follow these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. We May Update These Terms
We can change these Terms at any time. If you keep using the site after changes are made, it means you accept the new version.

3. What You Agree to Do
When using TaskDivide, you agree to:

  • Use the site legally and respectfully
  • Don’t hack, scrape, or do anything harmful
  • Respect copyrights—don’t copy or share content without permission

4. Accounts (If Required)
If you create an account:

  • Use real and accurate information
  • Keep your login details safe
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that break the rules

5. Who Owns the Content
Everything on the site—text, images, logos—is owned by TaskDivide or its partners. Please don’t use it without permission.

6. If Something Goes Wrong
You agree to take responsibility if your actions cause problems for TaskDivide or others. This includes legal costs if needed. This rule still applies even if you stop using the site.

7. We’re Not Liable for Certain Things
We’re not responsible for things like lost data, missed opportunities, or site outages. The site is provided “as is,” with no guarantees. If there’s a problem, our total liability won’t be more than what you paid (if anything) to use the site.

8. Your Privacy Matters
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and protect your data. Using the site means you accept that policy too.

9. Ending Access
We can block or remove access to the site if these Terms are broken.

10. Legal Stuff
These Terms follow the laws of Australia.

11. Document Uploads & Public Access
By uploading documents to TaskDivide (including receipts, invoices, and supporting files), you acknowledge and accept that these files may be stored in publicly accessible cloud storage environments, such as Azure Blob Storage. While direct links to these files are not indexed by search engines and are not shared intentionally, access is not restricted by authentication and may be possible for anyone with the file URL.

User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not contain sensitive personal information unless explicitly required and protected by additional security measures. TaskDivide is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from public storage configuration.

Uploaded documents are retained for operational purposes and may be deleted upon request. To request removal of a document, please contact the site administrator or designated Privacy Officer.
